Replenishing physical stores, distribution centers and e-commerce depends on fast decisions about what to ship, when and where. Without an integrated view, logistics planning and execution work with partial information.
O que fizWhat I did
Atuei como Data Product Owner no projeto BI Supply, que construiu os dashboards essenciais para o planejamento e a execução logística do reabastecimento. Atuei junto às SQUADs de Finanças, pois os dados financeiros eram o foco do projeto. Acompanhava as entregas de modo a garantir que cada SQUAD atingisse o objetivo de entregar ao projeto os dados necessários para exibição nos dashboards.
I was the Data Product Owner on the BI Supply project, which built the core dashboards for replenishment planning and logistics execution. I worked alongside the Finance SQUADs, since financial data was the project's focus. I tracked deliveries to make sure each SQUAD met its goal of providing the project with the data needed for the dashboards.
